  • Page 6: Catherine Crozier should read Catharine Crozier
  • Page 140 in both the New Zealandand the US version: At the end of the first paragraph the words "It delighted me that" should be deleted. Disappointed readers will have to imagine what it was that so delighted me, sorry... wink
