Introducing. . .

Martin and Jenny Setchell live on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand, and work as a team in the general field of organists, the organ,  and its music. Oh, not forgetting the help from the cats too.

Who We Are

Martin is the organist, music arranger, composer, director and teacher - the musical 'do-er' half of the partnership. It is his music you hear or play; and it is through his French language skills, that you can read translations of French author Nicole Morelle. If you would like to see Martin's coming concert schedule, click here.

Jenny, who is a trained organist, prefers to work behind the scenes with her camera, taking photographs and videos, creating designs for her Zazzle organ gifts store, writing or assembling books, and keeping the websites and contacts online up to date. Jenny's photography specific website on Fine Art America is jenny.co.nz . Jenny's latest book is called "Organs and Organists: Their Inside Stories", and it (with her other 2 books) are all available on this website (pipelinepress.com).

Our aims

Both Martin and Jenny aim to bring the world of the organ to everyday musical life and make it more an instrument in its own right - they both relish the chance to speak to public groups of any kind about the world of the King of Instruments.

This website is a portal to some of their work. Links to the publishers in particular of Martin's scores and producers of his recordings are given where applicable. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact Martin or Jenny through the Contact page here. Or even if you just want to say hello, and get in touch.
