Returns and Refunds Policy
We take a personal interest in our products and can guarantee their quality - we don't sell anything that we wouldn't want to buy ourselves.
Naturally, you may return a cd or a book for a full refund if you were sent the wrong one in error. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

- Any cd that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap if it was sent wrapped).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
